Option Care Health, the nation’s largest home infusion provider, seeks a Chronic Account Executive to drive growth in the assigned territory. You will own targeted sales strategies, build relationships with physician groups, and work with operations to ensure exceptional service.

This role requires 50% travel, a bachelor's degree and 3+ years in physician sales or chronic infusion. You will analyze data, present to offices, and navigate payers and therapies to expand our patient care footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3+ years in office-based physician sales or chronic infusion experience.
• Experience in territory planning and achieving sales objectives.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain relationships with physician groups and staff to maximize opportunities.
• Deliver effective physician/office staff presentations.
• Collaborate with clinicians and staff to promote services and ensure high-quality customer service.
• Analyze sales data to create territory plans and allocate budget funds.
• Build alignment with regional teams to support sales efforts.
• Meet or exceed sales targets for the assigned geography.
• Demonstrate knowledge of local market dynamics and therapy options.
• Resolve issues cross-functionally for customers.
