Job summary

Denton Independent School District in Denton, TX seeks a Chromebook Facilitator to manage student Chromebooks, handle onboarding and withdrawals, manage loaners, run reports in HEAT and Absolute, and coordinate repairs. You will work closely with the Zone Support Supervisor, HS Support Specialist, Librarian, and campus staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of clerical or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with student device onboarding and withdrawal processes.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates Chromebook management processes for students enrolling and withdrawing from the District.
• Collaborates with campus staff to coordinate Chromebook distribution to incoming freshman.
• Partners with campus registrar to collect Chromebooks from withdrawing students, following procedures.
