Job summary

The CHRO will shape a modern HR organization, guide AMP transformation, and lead a team of 100+ HR professionals serving 17,000+ employees across the OSU statewide enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; ten years of progressive HR leadership
• Strong knowledge of employment law and labor relations
• Experience in decentralized environments and leading change

Responsibilities

• Serve as OSU’s senior HR executive and strategic partner to academic and administrative leadership
• Drive modernization of HR systems, analytics, and practices
• Lead long-range workforce planning and alignment of HR strategy with institutional goals
• Foster a culture of inclusion, accountability, and transparency across a large, statewide organization
