Job summary

Brite Nites in Naples, Florida is hiring a Christmas Lighting Installer for a full‑time seasonal role. You’ll install lighting on homes and commercial properties, work on ladders up to 32 ft, and operate in two‑person crews during the peak season.

Expect 10+ hour days, outdoor work in cold or rain, and a compressed ~3–4 month season with paid training and biweekly pay. Previous lighting experience isn’t required—training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with a full season of physical outdoor work (landscaping, roofing, painting, construction, tree trimming, guiding, wildfire crews)
• Comfortable with heights and changing weather
• Reliability: shows up on time and finishes what they start
• Works well on a 2-person team with minimal supervision

About the role

What the work is actually like

• Outside all day in cold, rain, and sometimes snow
• 10+ hour days, 6 days a week during peak season
• Work on ladders and roofs daily—comfort with heights required
• Physical work: climbing, carrying equipment, repetitive overhead tasks
• Season is compressed: ~3‑4 months of intense work (potential for extended season)

Pay: $1,200–$1,800 per week depending on experience and role

Schedule: Full‑time seasonal, training starts September 2026

Training: Provided—no prior Christmas lighting experience needed
