Brite Nites in New Jersey is hiring a Christmas Lighting Installer (Seasonal) to install lighting on homes and commercial properties. This full-time seasonal role runs roughly 3-4 months during peak season, with 10+ hour days, 6 days a week, and work on ladders and roofs.

Training is provided with no prior Christmas lighting experience required. Expect physical outdoor work, two-person crews, and possible takedown after the season.

About the Role

What the work is actually like (read this carefully):

• You’ll be outside all day in cold, rain, and sometimes snow.
• 10+ hour days, 6 days a week during peak season.
• You’ll be on ladders and roofs daily – if you’re not comfortable at heights, this isn’t the right fit.
• The work is physical – climbing, carrying equipment, repetitive overhead work.
• The season is compressed: ~3‑4 months of intense work (potential for extended season).

Pay

$1,200–$1,800 per week depending on experience and role.

Schedule

Full‑time seasonal. Training starts September 2026.

• 1,000 – 1,600 USD per week (Los Angeles, CA)
• 1,000 – 1,600 USD per week (Miami, FL)
• 1,000 – 1,600 USD per week (Newark, NJ)
