Brite Nites in Tampa, Florida is hiring seasonal Christmas Lighting Installers for the 2026 season. The role is full-time seasonal with September 2026 training. You will install lighting on homes and buildings, work outdoors in cold/rain, and operate on ladders up to 32 ft in height as part of two-person crews.

This role offers biweekly pay, paid training, and housing assistance may be available for out-of-area candidates. No prior Christmas lighting experience is required for training.

We're currently hiring seasonal Lighting Technicians for our 2026 season.

About the role

What the work is actually like (read this carefully):

• You’ll be outside all day in cold, rain, and sometimes snow
• 10+ hour days, 6 days a week during peak season
• You’ll be on ladders and roofs daily — if you’re not comfortable at heights, this isn’t the right fit
• The work is physical — climbing, carrying equipment, repetitive overhead work
• The season is compressed: ~3‑4 months of intense work (potential for extended season)

$1,200 - $1,800/week depending on experience and role

• People who have finished a full season of physical outdoor work before (landscaping, roofing, painting, construction, tree trimming, guiding, wildfire crews)
• People comfortable with heights and changing weather
• People who show up on time and finish what they start
• People who work well on a 2-person team with minimal supervision
