Christmas Lighting Installer (Seasonal)

Brite Nites, Miami, Florida, United States

About this position

About Brite Nites

Brite Nites is a nationally recognized leader in custom holiday and year-round lighting design. Since 1993, we’ve brought spaces to life with immersive lighting experiences for residential, commercial, and municipal clients. Our reputation is built on creativity, quality, and exceptional service.

We're currently hiring seasonal Lighting Technicians for our 2026 season.

About the role

What the work is actually like (read this carefully):

  • You’ll be outside all day in cold, rain, and sometimes snow.
  • 10+ hour days, 6 days a week during peak season.
  • You’ll be on ladders and roofs daily — if you’re not comfortable at heights, this isn’t the right fit.
  • The work is physical — climbing, carrying equipment, repetitive overhead work.
  • The season is compressed: ~3-4 months of intense work (potential for extended season).
Pay

Pay: $1,200 - $1,800/week depending on experience and role.

Pay range for this role: $1,000 - $1,600 per week (varies by region).

Schedule

Full‑time seasonal. Training starts September 2026.
