Mentoring Alliance seeks a Human Resources Manager, Employee Engagement and Recruiting to lead recruiting strategy and the onboarding experience, ensuring a mission-aligned, compassionate employee journey. Working with the Sr.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and/or certification in Human Resources highly preferred.
5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2+ years of high-level administrative work.
Detail-oriented and compliance-focused.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and organizational pace.
Reliable transportation; some local travel is required.

Responsibilities

Lead recruiting strategy and execution in alignment with staffing needs and onboarding processes.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives to connect employees with the mission.
Partner with Sr. Director, HR and Recruiting to address HR policy, compliance, and continuous improvement.
