Job description

Position Summary

What if you could own the most defining 91 days in someone’s employment experience at Christ Church? We believe those first moments matter—deeply. From the instant a role is posted to the completion of a new employee’s first 91 days, we are forming not just impressions, but identity, belonging, and calling. We are seeking an exceptional HR Recruiting & Onboarding Manager to lead and elevate this entire journey. This role is more than recruiting and onboarding—it is end-to-end stewardship of the new employee experience.

You will develop and coordinate a seamless, high-impact experience that begins with a compelling job posting and carries through interviews, hiring, orientation, and the critical first three months of vocation. Every touchpoint—every email, every conversation, every first day—will reflect clarity, care, and excellence. You’ll partner with leaders across the church to ensure we’re not just hiring well— welcoming well, equipping well, and launching people into meaningful ministry with intention.

We’re looking for someone who sees those first 91 days as sacred ground—where culture is formed, expectations are set, and people begin to live out their calling.

If you are energized by building experiences that are both strategic and deeply personal, and you’re ready to shape how people enter and engage in a thriving ministry, we’d love to meet you.

Come design the journey that turns a candidate into a teammate—and a job into a calling.
