Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification with 3 years' experience preferred or 5–7 years' experience without certification.
• Ministry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide backup and support to HR leadership and payroll/benefits teams.
• Lead full-cycle talent acquisition for Support Center and leadership roles.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state employment laws and HR best practices.
• Develop and streamline HR processes, policies, and documentation.
