Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service.
• Active personal relationship with Jesus Christ and church involvement.
• Completion of customer service, CRM, or technical training courses or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for parents, schools, homeschool families, churches, and retail customers.
• Use Summit CRM to accurately record interactions, orders, calls, emails, and follow‑ups.
• Support Marketing and Sales by organizing details and following through on tasks.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve issues to reflect Summit's values.
