Samaritan Ministries seeks a Chief Operating Officer to provide strategic and operational leadership, ensuring resources, processes, and capabilities align to deliver outstanding member service and meet annual and long-term goals.

The COO will develop leaders, drive organizational effectiveness, and steward finances in a Christ-centered ministry with a focus on continuous improvement and servant leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
10+ years of progressive executive or senior operational leadership experience.
Active Christian faith and servant leadership aligned with Samaritan Ministries' mission.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations and strategic ministry planning.
Set annual goals for performance, growth, and resource use.
Develop leadership pipelines and succession planning.
Align cross-functional operations to meet priorities and budgets.
Drive cost reduction, capacity, and quality improvements.
Lead governance, risk management, and organizational development initiatives.
