Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required, advanced degree preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor diverse teams with accountability.
• Strong strategic planning and execution abilities.
• Experience in budgeting, financial oversight, and operational controls.
• Excellent communication with executives, boards, and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with IT security, data governance, and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership across OCP operations, translating strategy into actionable plans.
• Develop and monitor operational priorities that align with mission and financial goals.
• Lead and grow high-performing teams with coaching and accountability.
• Oversee Shared Services, including IT, HR, Finance, and business services.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and technology enablement.
• Partner with CEO and CFO to liaise with the Board and committees on performance.
