Job summary

Catholic Charities of Northeast Kansas is seeking a Chief Operations Officer to lead and execute the agency's strategy across facilities, operations, HR, social enterprise, supply chain and information technology.

The COO will integrate technology and data to boost mission impact, provide executive leadership to staff and report to the President/CEO and the Board, helping the organization grow sustainably while upholding its values.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in a nonprofit setting.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into operational plans and results.
• Exposure to facilities, HR, supply chain or IT leadership preferred.

Responsibilities
