Job summary

Owen Daniels in the United States seeks an experienced Service Technician to service CHP and power generation systems across customer sites. You will perform maintenance, fault-finding and repairs on gas engines, generators and related equipment, ensuring safety, reliability and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in a technical environment, strong mechanical/electrical skills, and the ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

Experience as a Service/Generator/CHP technician or similar.
Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical faults.
Proven skills reading electrical schematics and diagrams.

Responsibilities

Service, maintain, fault-find and repair CHP and power systems at customer sites.
Carry out planned and corrective maintenance on equipment.
Diagnose faults and attend reactive breakdowns when required.
Travel across the United States; support engine overhauls and refurbishments.
Complete service reports and keep accurate records.
