Cargill in Milwaukee, WI, is seeking a Full-time Melting Operator to support our Food Enterprise. Shifts include 1st (6 AM–2 PM) and 3rd (2 PM–10 PM). You will handle cocoa products, operate plant controls, unload inbound liquor, and help maintain production on the lines.

The ideal candidate has basic computer skills, clear English communication, the ability to lift up to 60 lbs, and forklift experience. Safety, GMP compliance, and teamwork are essential in this fast-paced facility.

Qualificações

• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• English communication ability (verbal and written).
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to work in varied indoor/outdoor conditions with PPE.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Open cocoa boxes, remove film, and prepare for conveyor or melt station.
• Operate plant control system to move product between tanks.
• Receive and unload inbound liquor loads (dry or liquid).
• Review production schedules and coordinate with previous shift operators.
• Collaborate with other Melting Operators to complete tasks.
• Record production data on logs or computer systems; complete checklists.
• Report mechanical or safety issues to supervisor or maintenance.
• Move ingredients using forklift to docks and production areas.
• Maintain production areas clean and orderly; assist sanitation schedule.
• Account for spills or scrap; comply with GMP and safety programs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
