• Customer service or sales experience in a people-facing environment.
• Proven success in a sales-driven role with ability to manage responsibilities.
• Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable initiating conversations with strangers.
• Willing to participate in customer-facing video reels and promotional content.
• Comfortable discussing payment and enrollment with customers.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming patient experience and independently manage front-desk operations.
• Lead membership sales conversations, identify enrollment barriers, overcome objections, and close the sale.
• Convert new patients into recurring members by presenting services and pricing clearly.
• Follow scripts while delivering them natural and conversationally.
• Handle patient questions, complaints, and cancellations professionally.
• Answer phones, schedule visits, process payments, and maintain records.
• Make 50-70 outbound lead/call follow-ups per day when assigned.
• Prioritize patients, sales, and admin work during busy periods.
• Report concerns to clinic leadership and collaborate across shifts.
• Support cross-clinic assignments with travel as needed and participate in community events.
• Encourage Google reviews and patient referrals to boost engagement.
