Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is hiring Wellness Coordinators for its New Rochelle location. You will welcome patients, educate them on wellness services, and guide them through check-in to check-out. This role supports clinic operations and drives membership sales in a fast-paced, team environment.

Part-time and full-time positions are available with hours Monday–Friday and Saturdays. A friendly, organized, and health-minded individual with strong communication skills will excel here.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Office management or marketing experience is a plus.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.
• Driven, ambitious and motivated to grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a warm, professional demeanor and provide excellent customer service.
• Educate patients on wellness services, membership plans, packages, and promotions.
• Confidently present and sell memberships to meet clinic sales goals.
• Assist patients with intake forms and ensure all documentation and accounts are accurate and up to date.
• Manage front desk operations: appointment scheduling, patient check-ins/check-outs, and phone inquiries.
• Complete transactions using point-of-sale software and maintain accurate financial records.
• Re-engage inactive members and support chiropractors and clinic staff with administrative tasks.
