OM The Center For Well Being PC in Leesburg, VA is seeking a friendly Chiropractic Assistant to support the Chiropractor and keep the office running smoothly. You will schedule appointments, answer calls and emails, greet patients, and assist with basic clinical tasks as needed.

This role requires organized, customer-focused individuals with strong communication and teamwork skills, comfortable in a healthcare setting, and proficient with common software tools to manage records and reviews.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous administrative experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Chiropractic Assistant to join the team at our thriving clinic. As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will assist the Chiropractor with patient care and ensure the office runs smoothly. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and emails, and greeting patients as they arrive. Occasionally, you may assist with clinical work such as diagnostic assessments. If you are organized, friendly, and dedicated to providing a high level of customer care, we would like to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients as they arrive at the clinic
• Maintain the cleanliness of the waiting rooms and clinic areas
• Perform some data entry and maintain accurate records
• Interview patients to obtain personal and medical information
• Directly assist maintaining appropriate levels of supplies and inventory
• Administer screening assessments as requested
• Oversee part time assistants

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required
• Previous administrative experience, preferably in a health care setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite or similar. Also familiarity with various social media postings and replies (eg - FB, , Yelp, Google reviews, X, Insta, TikTok, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Friendly engaging manner is desired as highly compatible for job position
