Job summary

Samsung E&C America, Inc. seeks a CHIPS Act Compliance Coordinator for the Project Controls team on a major semiconductor foundry project in Taylor, Texas.

The role ensures regulatory integrity by coordinating among the project owner, third-party monitors, internal controls, and subcontractors to maintain transparency and compliance. The coordinator will monitor payroll reporting, domestics content declarations, and FEOC; manage notices and follow-ups; enroll contractors in LCPtracker; and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and 3–5 years in construction compliance coordination.
• Ability to monitor DBA prevailing wage and certified payroll processes.
• Familiarity with CHIPS Act compliance framework and federally assisted projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor third-party compliance reports, payroll, and certifications.
• Track submission status across contractor tiers and escalate delays.
• Coordinate notices and follow-up with GC and subcontractors.
• Maintain LCPtracker enrollment and ensure contractor onboarding is complete.
