Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in construction or architectural industries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Solid project management and document control abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish or Korean is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Site & subcontractor coordination with GC and vendors.
• Balance field walkthroughs with office-based project operations.
• Document control, RFIs, drawings, and submittals coordination.
• Verify work against contracts and time constraints using blueprints.
• Generate progress reports and manage on-site safety and compliance.
• Assist with emergency responses and review monthly progress payments.
