Responsibilities

• Complete assigned production jobs safely and on schedule.
• Perform die attach and wire bonding assembly processes.
• Work under a microscope to assemble and inspect microelectronic components.
• Perform in-process quality inspections to ensure compliance.
• Identify and report process, material, or quality issues.
• Escalate questions or concerns to trainers, technicians, or engineers.
• Operate automated and semi-automated production equipment.
• Accurately log job data and production updates into computer systems.
• Follow cleanroom and ESD procedures.
• Support continuous improvement efforts.
