Research And Developement Industries Inc is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Coordinator in Colorado Springs to support precision manufacturing with automated equipment, tiny components, and microscope-based assembly and inspection.

The position requires precision soldering, attention to quality, and the ability to follow safety procedures. The role is onsite with a standard day shift, and a 24-month assignment offers structured training and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated precision soldering experience and ability to work effectively with small components.
• Experience operating production machinery is preferred.
• Experience using microscopes or similar inspection equipment for detailed assembly or quality inspection.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated production equipment according to established procedures and perform precision soldering and small-part assembly under a microscope.
• Conduct visual and precision inspections to verify product quality, identify defects, and ensure manufacturing standards are consistently met.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation while properly handling small components and following all applicable safety protocols.
• Document production activities, communicate issues to supervisors, and collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.
• Support efficient manufacturing operations through accurate, focused work and adherence to established processes, including lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
