Qualifications include a high school diploma, ability to read and speak English at an intermediate level, and experience with Windows OS. The role emphasizes quality, teamwork, and adherence to 6S/kaizen improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Experience using Windows operating systems including Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) preferred.
• Experience working for an ISO9000 or AS9100 accredited organization preferred.
• Experience operating manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English at an intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret assembly instructions, drawings and work instruction processes.
• Write tests for ESD + wirebond and ribbon bond requirements.
• Use tools such as fine tipped tweezers, dental probes, x-acto knives.
• Perform pin bonds between substrate and case pins.
• Inspect devices for defects before and after assembly per drawings/specifications.
• Adhere to ESD and other handling requirements.
• Follow 6S and kaizen continuous improvement objectives.
• Perform all other duties, as assigned.
