Job summary

Microchip Technology Inc. is seeking a Production Specialist to perform precision manufacturing and assembly in our Cesium Beam Tube (CBT) cleanroom. You will assemble, wire, and spot-weld small components using hand tools and specialized equipment.

The ideal candidate has good mechanical aptitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform hands-on work. Training will be provided; first shift is 6:30am - 3:00pm, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-3 years of manufacturing, mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, or related hands-on experience.
• Comfortable working with hand tools.
• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to perform detailed and repetitive work.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire, and spot-weld small components in a CBT cleanroom using hand tools and production equipment.
• Perform precision manufacturing and assembly operations.
• Maintain quality and safety standards in a controlled environment.
