Job summary

NSA is seeking Linguists known as Multidisciplined Language Analysts (MDLAs) to support SIGINT missions at NSA facilities including Hawaii Kunia, Fort Meade, and Draper. The role emphasizes analyzing foreign language materials, translation, transcription, and collaboration with the Intelligence Community.

Qualified candidates will have ILR 2/2 reading/listening, a degree in any field, and relevant experience; LADP participation may be offered, with opportunities for advancement to Full

Qualifications

• Minimum ILR level 2/2 in reading and listening for the target language.
• Degree in any field acceptable; at least 1 year of relevant experience in language work or analytics.
• Leadership experience may be considered for Full Performance level.

Responsibilities

• Engage with partners, enablers, and customers across the IC.
• Participate in LADP or direct hire into analytic missions.
• Analyze foreign language materials within SIGINT framework.
• Translate, transcribe, or analyze in support of NSA missions.
• Mentor and collaborate with other Language Analysts.
• Ensure the technical health of the mission and use internal tools.
