Job summary

NSA is seeking a Multidisciplined Language Analyst (MDLA) to support SIGINT missions from Hawaii Kunia, MD, and Utah. Depending on skill, candidates may enter LADP or direct hire into analytic offices. ILR 2/2 proficiency in reading and listening is required.

The position involves intense language analysis, reporting, and collaboration across NSA entities. Applicants should have a degree (any field) and relevant language work experience.

Qualifications

• Must have degree in any field.
• ILR reading/listening level 2/2 for target language required.
• Experience in translation, transcription, analysis, or related language work preferred.
• Entry development path accepts HS diploma/GED with 4 years experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, transcribe, translate foreign language materials.
• Develop reports and assessments for policymakers and analysts.
• Engage with partners and customers across the IC as needed.
• Mentor and coach junior language analysts and SME peers.
• Ensure technical health of mission tools and processes.
