NSA seeks Linguists (MDLAs) to support SIGINT mission through translation, transcription, and analysis. LADP or direct hire options provide intensive training with multiple operational tours. ILR 2/2 proficiency is required and prior language work is valued.

The role emphasizes independent work, collaboration across offices, and delivering insightful assessments to policymakers and military leaders.

Formación

• Requires ILR level 2/2 in reading and listening for the target language.
• Professional work in language areas such as translation, transcription, or analysis is required.
• Equivalency options for entry and development levels depend on education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze, transcribe, translate foreign language materials for SIGINT.
• Engage with partners and customers across the Intelligence Community.
• Mentor and coach other Language Analysts and ensure quality of outputs.
