Job summary

NSA is seeking Linguists (MDLAs) to support SIGINT via translation, transcription, and analysis. The role includes opportunities in LADP or direct hire across multiple NSA offices and tours.

A minimum ILR 2/2 in reading/listening is required, with a degree in any field and relevant experience in intelligence, security studies, or related areas. Applicants should be prepared for extensive training, regional study, and collaboration with the IC.

Qualifications

• Degree in any field acceptable; relevant experience in language or analytic fields.

Responsibilities

• Analyze foreign language materials (SIGINT) including translation and transcription.
• Engage with partners, enablers, and customers across the IC as part of analytic missions.
• Develop and apply analytic techniques; mentor and coach others in language analysis.
• Publish reports and ensure technical health of the mission.
