Job summary

Vertiv Corporation is seeking a Sr. Product Manager - Chillers to drive strategic and operational alignment across the Americas.

You will lead margin analysis, pricing initiatives, and cost-out programs, while shaping long-term product strategy and business cases for new offerings. Based onsite at Vertiv's Westerville campus, you will gather market intelligence and support global product management across the Chillers portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business or related field; master's preferred.
• 8+ years in technical, product management, strategic planning, sales or marketing.
• Experience with Thermal Chilled Water Systems and data center industry preferred.
• Strong business acumen and cross-functional relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic partner across Sales, Operations, and Finance for Chilled Water topics.
• Provide market knowledge for the Chilled Water portfolio and drive pricing strategies.
• Lead margin and profitability analysis and cost-out initiatives.
• Collaborate to execute pricing strategies and margin improvement programs.
• Support technical product strategy with Engineering and Sales teams.
• Research market trends, drivers, and competitor activity for chillers.
• Gather voice-of-customer insights and translate to business cases.
• Track post-launch performance: pipeline, quotations, and sales conversion.
