Responsibilities

• Plan and manage preventive maintenance for chiller equipment.
• Coordinate maintenance with facilities staff and vendors.
• Maintain logs of plant performance and activities.
• Support the development of the annual chiller plant budget.
• Provide technical support for HVAC staff and campus facilities.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and EPA certification; conduct safety audits.
• Respond to work orders and emergencies; act as essential personnel.
