Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to operate and troubleshoot HVAC systems and controls across campus.
• Strong safety and compliance mindset with EPA considerations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Ringling chiller plant and shared facilities HVAC system.
• Plan and schedule preventative maintenance for chillers, pumps, and associated equipment.
• Coordinate maintenance with Ringling and New College stakeholders; manage logs and reports.

Education

Bachelor's degree + 2 years experience or 6 years experience
