Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma and two years of experience.
• A relevant technical or vocational degree may substitute for experience.

• Valid Florida driver's license or the ability to obtain prior to hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine servicing of HVAC systems as part of the preventative maintenance program.
• Maintains boilers, chillers, and related equipment; conducts repairs as directed.
• Operates boilers and chillers per schedules; maintains logs.
• Maintains campus facilities including painting, plumbing, and general upkeep as needed.
• Generates and updates emails/work orders; stays on-call for emergencies.
• Obtains lift certification and operates aerial lift or forklift as required.
