Johnson Controls Inc. is seeking HVAC Technicians to support residential and commercial chillers, AHUs, and rooftop units across North America. You’ll receive STA factory certification and participate in safety-first programs while traveling for startup and commissioning tasks.

The role emphasizes field service, problem solving, and upselling service solutions, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and equipment optimization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' practical experience on residential/ducted HVAC products and chillers.
• Experience with AHUs or RTU ducted units and troubleshooting.
• EPA refrigerants license and valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Provide field service for startup, commissioning, and aftermarket support.
• Offer solutions to improve facility efficiency and upsell where appropriate.
• Provide quotes to customers and document issues, causes, and corrective actions.
