• Monitor activities to promote safety and age-appropriate behavior, following YMCA policies.
• Implement positive behavior management and support distressed children with care and redirection.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and confidentiality policies; maintain attendance and incident records.
• Oversee program planning and execution of age-appropriate activities per YMCA curriculum.
