Job summary

Compass Connections seeks a compassionate, dependable supervisor for our Cameron facility in Los Fresnos, TX. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, overseeing shift staff, and ensuring safety and compliance across daily operations.

Applicants should have at least an associate or bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field, with preferred graduate education. First aid, CPR, and behavior intervention certifications are expected.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred in related fields.

Responsibilities

• Meet federal and state regulatory guidelines and standards.
• Supervise shift schedules and staff assignments.
• Monitor progress and document activities in compliance with policies.
• Orient new children and staff; assist with treatment plan input.
• Maintain secure campus and follow radio communication protocols.
• Be a positive role model; work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Implement safety procedures and maintain confidentiality; follow dress code.
