Responsibilities

• Meet federal and state regulatory guidelines applicable to this position.
• Supervise shift schedules and staff assignments.
• Document daily progress and activities per agency policies.
• Orient new children and staff; assist with treatment plans.
• Maintain campus safety and radio communication protocols.
• Work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional standards.
