Job summary

EMPACT-SPC, part of La Frontera Arizona, is seeking a Children’s Urgent Response Specialist to join our Tempe or Glendale team. You will provide direct crisis intervention in home, school, and community settings, coordinating care with behavioral health providers, Juvenile Probation, schools, and child safety services.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid Arizona driver's license, fingerprint clearance, bilingual Spanish is a plus, and willingness to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and build relationships.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus; diffuse per hour available.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct crisis intervention in home, school, and community settings.
• Coordinate care with Behavioral Health providers, Juvenile Probation, School, and Child Safety services.
• Maintain client records and adhere to agency policies and procedures.
• Ensure safety and de-escalation in crisis situations and provide parent training and referrals.
