Job summary

EMPACT-SPC, part of La Frontera Arizona, is hiring for Children’s Urgent Response Specialists to deliver crisis intervention services in home, school and community settings in the Tempe/Glendale area. The role requires coordinating care with behavioral health providers, probation, schools and licensing agencies, including after-hours availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED and must meet BHT requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in behavioral field preferred.
• Experience in community behavioral health required, with specific knowledge of AZ Children's Behavioral Health System.
• Five (5) years of prior behavioral health related work experience is preferred.
• Prior experience with Child Family Team Process and knowledge of AZ 12 Principles and AZ Vision is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct in-home, in-office, in school and community based crisis services.
• Ensure quality service delivery including clinical care and all associated documentation.
• Provide coordination of care and maintain relationships with related departments and external organizations.
• Comply with standard of care and assist with Quality Management and Utilization Review.
