Job summary

Nationwide-Children is seeking a full-time Training & Development Coordinator in Columbus, Ohio. You will design and implement training programs, schedule sessions, maintain records, and report on activity to improve employee performance.

You will collaborate with department managers to identify training needs, develop materials and manuals, and support onboarding. Minimum two years in health care training required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; healthcare training experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills required.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.
  • Two years’ healthcare training experience required.
