Job summary

Nationwide-Children in the United States seeks a Training Coordinator to develop and implement training programs for new and existing staff, ensuring alignment with clinical workflows and patient care standards.

You will coordinate sessions, monitor effectiveness, maintain training records, collaborate with managers to identify needs, and assist in creating training materials. Two years of healthcare experience required.

Qualifications
