WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

As a Children’s Activity Area Associate at IKEA Småland, you will:

• Contribute to creating a safe and pleasant environment for visiting children.
• Register, monitor, entertain children, and maintain hygiene in the playroom.
• Participate in planning and executing children’s activities both inside and outside Småland.
• Build meaningful relationships with children and their caretakers.
• Adhere to all safety and security policies.
• Support other customer experience roles such as cashier or greeter as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in retail or childcare preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification training provided.

Physical Demands: Lifting and Carrying occasionally (1-25 lbs).

Additional Information

• Part-time, 20-30 hours/week.
• Hourly pay: $17.15.
• Open availability Monday through Sunday, 8 am - 11 pm.
