Job summary

Learning Care is seeking a Team Lead to mentor teachers, support directors in daily operations, and ensure all licensing guidelines are followed. You will open/close the school in absence of leadership and create engaging, hands-on learning experiences for children.

You will mentor staff, communicate with parents, and help deliver a high-quality childcare program in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Associates degree in early childhood education or child development or a CDA.
• Experience coaching and training staff members.
• Experience in a licensed childcare facility, leading a classroom and creating lesson plans.

Responsibilities

• Mentor fellow teachers while supporting directors in daily school operations.
• Take on Director/Assistant Director duties in absence, including opening and closing the school.
• Ensure daily care of every child by following licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring teachers.
• Communicate with parents and prospective parents to achieve success for the child.
