Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking a Team Lead to help mentor teachers and support school operations, with duties including opening/closing in absence of directors. You will ensure licensed care and engaging learning experiences for children, while communicating with parents to support each child's success.

Ideal candidates have relevant education credentials (AA in ECE or CDA) and prior experience coaching staff in licensed childcare settings, with strong commitment to a positive, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree in early childhood education or CDA.
• Experience coaching and training staff members.
• Experience working in a licensed childcare facility and leading a classroom.

Responsibilities

• Serve as mentors to fellow teachers while supporting their directors in daily school operations.
• Take on duties of Director or Assistant Director in absence, including opening and closing the school.
• Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.
• Create fun and interactive learning experiences while serving as mentors to fellow Teachers.
• Communicate directly with parents and prospective parents to achieve success for the child.
