Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking a Team Lead for its child care center in Oklahoma City. You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children, lead classroom instruction, and support families and staff with enthusiasm and professionalism.

The role emphasizes leadership, mentorship, and the ability to manage daily operations in the absence of Directors, while ensuring licensing compliance and high-quality care for every child.

Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare facility.
• Ability to meet state/accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Proven classroom leadership and instructional planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead classroom management and implement curriculum.
• Communicate with families to support child development and center success.
• Mentor and train new hires and fellow teachers.
• Step in as Director or Assistant Director duties when absent.
