Learning Care Group in Oklahoma City is hiring a Lead Teacher to inspire learning and mentor fellow teachers. This role focuses on creating engaging activities, promoting growth, and ensuring licensing and center standards are met. It offers a Monday–Friday schedule and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will build relationships with families, manage classroom activities, and support center success through effective communication and curriculum implementation.

Formación

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children and promote social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support center success.
