Job summary

Learning Care Group in the United States is seeking a Team Lead at a child care center to promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children in your care, lead classroom management, and implement the curriculum.

You will communicate with families to promote achievement and center success, mentor new hires, and help with staff development. In the absence of the Director, you may open or close the school while ensuring daily care meets licensing and company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare facility with classroom leadership.
• College credits toward Early Childhood Education or Child Development preferred.
• Ability to meet state licensing and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Promote social, physical, and intellectual growth of children in care.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation (50%+ of schedule).
• Communicate with families to support child achievement and center success.
• Mentor and train new hires; assist with staff development.
• In absence of Director/Assistant Director, perform opening/closing duties.
