Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare facility and leading a classroom.
• Ability to implement lesson plans and maintain licensing standards.
• College credits toward Early Childhood Education or Child Development; CDA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote social, physical, and intellectual growth of children.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation.
• Communicate with families to support child achievement.
• Mentor and train new hires; step in as Director/Asst. Director when needed.
• Open and close the center as required.
