Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking a Team Lead to drive classroom excellence, lead curriculum implementation, and foster strong family partnerships in a child care center. You will guide teachers, manage daily activities, and promote a nurturing, safe learning environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, mentoring, and adherence to licensing standards, with a Monday–Friday schedule and opportunities for growth through our Master Teacher program.

Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare facility and leading a classroom.
• College credits toward Early Childhood Education or Child Development or a CDA preferred.
• Meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage with children.

Responsibilities

• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children; lead classroom management and curriculum.
• Communicate and build relationships with families to support child and center success.
• Mentor and train new hires and fellow teachers; create engaging learning experiences.
• In the absence of the Director, take on duties including opening and closing the school.
• Ensure daily care of every child per licensing guidelines and company standards.
