Job summary

Celebree School of Leander at Crystal Falls is seeking a Director to report directly to the Franchise Owner. You will be the driving force behind our mission, overseeing talent, brand and daily operations to create an environment where staff develop and families experience exceptional care.

Lead staffing, ensure HHSC compliance, manage enrollment and community relations, and partner with the Owner on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Leadership or managerial experience essential.
• Directorship at a licensed childcare center required (min 2 years).
• Texas HHSC licensing registry verifiable as Center Director.
• Texas state director credentials required by governing agency.
• Strong accountability, self-motivation and detail orientation.
• Fluency in English and legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Talent management and development of staff through coaching and training.
• Licensing and compliance with HHSC and regulatory standards.
• Oversee daily center operations: staff scheduling, budgeting, records, safety.
